| Abstract: | From a case of accident analysis,it is pointed out that there is a misunderstanding to be regard the emulsion mtrix as an insensitive substance and the emulsifying process as a safety procedure.In order to remove the misunderstanding,the precariousness of the emulsion matrix and the hazard of the emulsifying process are explained and proper preventive measures are taken.
