莱城电厂3号汽轮机通流及供热改造技术分析

摘    要:针对能源价格的持续上涨、旧机组效率低和供热能力弱等问题,阐述了华电国际莱城发电厂3号汽轮机通流改造的必要性和供热系统的优越性,提出了通流改造的具体内容和供热系统实施的方案,分析了汽轮机通流改造后的热经济型、安全性.经试验验证,3号汽轮机经通流改造后,提高了高、中、低压缸效率,大幅降低了机组的热耗率,提高了机组的经济性和寿命.

Abstract:Aiming at the continuously rising price of power source, the low efficiency of old units and the weak capability of heat supply, this paper expounds the necessity of flow passage retrofitting and the advantage of heat supply system for Turbine No. 3 in Laicheng Power Plant, proposes details of flow passage retrofitting and plan for heat supply system, and analyzes the thermal economy and security of the retrofitted flow passage which is proved to succeed in enhancing the efficiency of high, medium and low pressure cylinder, lowering heat rate and improving economy and performance of units.
