热处理炉的燃烧及控制系统的设计与选择

摘    要:在进行热处理炉设计时,应根据具体的工艺要求,选择合理的燃烧及控制系统。介绍了其中燃料装置、热处理炉燃烧控制系统的选择及脉冲燃烧控制原理以及采用时应注意的问题。选用高速烧嘴及脉冲燃烧技术可以使热处理炉获得较精确的温度控制及较高的炉温均匀性。

Abstract:Heat treatment furnaces are common equipments of metallurgical and mechanical industries.It is very important to design heat treatment furnaces according to the requirements of heat treatment processes to choose appropriate combustion and control systems.Applying high velocity burners and pulse combustion control system,it is possible to get accurate temperature control and even distribution of temperature of furnaces.
