高层剪力墙结构设计中常遇问题的解决方法

摘    要:结构专业新规范自2000年陆续开始执行,在剪力墙结构的设计方面增加了许多新的规定,给设计人带来许多新的课题。针对高层剪力墙结构设计中部分常遇问题提出了解决方法:剪力墙结构墙体厚度按稳定及抗压强度确定的方法;对剪力墙结构连梁超筋、超限的情况进行了分析,并提出了解决的方法;剪力墙结构施工图绘图时,边缘构件纵筋、箍筋及拉筋的表示方法。针对上述问题提出了设计方法、给出了计算公式及选用表格,便于使用者查找、选用。

Abstract:Since the new structural code was carried out in 2000 and the new regulations were added on the design of shear-wall structure,and then the new subject have been presented to the designer.The ways to resolve some of problems which are often occurred in the design of high-rise shear-wall structure,are introduced,including: how to decide the wall thickness of shear-wall structure,according to the stability and compressive strength;how to analysis and design the connecting beams which are over-reinforced and over-limitation in the shear-wall structure;how to identify the longitudinal bars,stirrups and tie bars in the edge element when drawing the working drawings of the shear-wall.For three problems mentioned above,the design method,calculation formulas and tables are shown,which are convenience for the engineer to look up and to select.
