摘    要:采用纳米银DoraFresh对棉、丝、毛等织物进行浸轧法抗菌整理,研究轧液率、加酸条件及整理液曝光对织物抗菌效果的影响,测试了整理织物的银含量、透气透湿性能和耐洗性。试验结果表明,织物的杀菌率与纳米银含量关系较大,织物的透气性和透湿性能受纳米银抗菌整理影响较小,整理织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及肺炎球菌抑制作用显著,抑菌率均在99%以上,经25次洗涤后,抑菌率仍达99%,耐洗性能优异。

Abstract:Anti bacterial finish of cotton, silk and wool fabrics was carried out with DoraFresh nano silver by padding method. Influence of bacterial resistance was analyzed, such as pick up, acid addition conditions and exposure of finishing solution. Silver content, moisture permeability and washability of treated fabrics were tested. Results showed that nano silver content exert high effects on bacterial inhibition, while little influence on moisture and air permeability. The finished fabrics had 99% bacterial inhibition, even after 25 cycles laundry.
