| Abstract: | Evaluating suppliers with scientific method is practically important to enhance the management capability of petrochemical enterprises.According to the characteristics of petrochemical enterprises,the paper evaluates the suppliers from two respects: one is inspecting the supplier's cooperative ability;the other is weighing the supplier's importance.The corresponding supplier evaluation index system is established by using analytical hierarchy process(AHP) method.And with the combination of each supplier's weights of cooperative ability and importance,we screen and classify the suppliers,and according to their characteristics and functions,different measures are taken to enhance the level of supplier management. |
