摘    要:针对山东某大型纺织染整企业的生产产品类型,具体分析各个生产线的生产废水的特点,工程方案中提出了物化沉淀+水解酸化+MBR+反渗透的“双膜法”工艺路线。项目布置紧凑,工艺路线合理,出水水质要求达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)中一级排放标准的要求。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the products in a large textile corporation in Shandong province,the process comprised by sedimentation,hydrolytic acidification,MBR and reverse osmosis was adopted in this project. The project layout is compact and process route is reasonable. The results of running show that the effluent quality meets the requirement of Grade I of the National Textile Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 4287-2012).
