加强党员“双重管理” 促进社区和谐建设

加强党员"双重管理"是上级的要求、党员的意愿和社区的需求;是党员先进性向"八小时"外延伸的有效平台,是改善党群、干群关系的有效途径,是加强和改进社会管理的有效探索。中国石化集团江汉石油管理局五七社区管理服务中心在进行党员"双重管理"工作中,注重流程,先摸底对接,持卡报到;再认岗定责,建档编组;最后再开展活动,搞好监督。通过推行党员"双重管理",不仅提升了社区环境面貌和居民满意度,也提升了党员先进性,有力地推动了和谐社区建设。

Strengthening Dual Management in Party Members to Promote Harmony in the Community

Strengthening dual management in Party members serves as an effective way to spread Party members＂ pro- gressiveness into their spare time after work and improve the relations between the Party and the people and between the officials and the people. It also helps to enhance and improve social management. While implementing dual management in Party members, Wuqi Community Management and Service Center gives priority to the management pro- cedure and supervision. Practice of dual management has not only improved commtmity environment which makes its people more satisfied with, but also strengthened advanced nature of the Party members and promoted harmony in the community.
