摘    要:该文以某MBR工艺的再生水厂为背景,从膜寿命的不同概念出发,利用系统产水量水质、透水率衰减、累积氯接触值及膜性能检测等多种方法对膜寿命进行预测和推断,并探讨各种用于评估膜寿命方法的可行性。经研究,透水率衰减法和膜性能检测法作为膜寿命的判断方法是可行的,而累积氯接触值法及利用系统产水能力和产水水质判断膜寿命并不理想。

Abstract:Based on a full scale MBR,membrane life span with different conceptions and methods was assessed as followed:water quantity and quality of MBR system,permeability decline,accumulative chlorine contact and membrane performance test. The feasibility of each method for evaluating membrane life was discussed. The results show that the methods based on permeability decline and membrane performance test are feasible to estimate membrane life span. However the methods based on accumulative chlorine contact and water quantity and water quality of MBR system are unsatisfactory.
