摘    要:S53-1井是位于塔里木盆地的一口油藏评价井,完井井深近6000m,地层复杂。邻井S53井在钻进过程中,发生了卡钻和井漏事故;邻井QG101和QG102井在吉迪克组钻遇"高压盐水层"。要保证S53-1井钻进顺利,必须分段选择合适的钻井液体系。通过对地层岩性和邻井资料的分析,优化本井4个井段的钻井液体系:444.5mm井眼表层采用膨润土聚合物钻井液体系;311.2mm井眼上部采用KCl聚合物体系,下部采用聚磺防塌钻井液体系;215.9mm井眼采用聚磺防塌钻井液体系;149.2mm井眼采用低固相聚磺体系。

Abstract:S53--1 Well is an appraisal well in Tarim Basin. Its completion depth is 6000 meters with complex strata. Adjoining $53 Well experienced the accidents of jamming and leakage in the course of drilling. Other two wells, QG101 and QG102, encountered high pressured saltwater layer in Jidike Formation. To ensure successful drilling of S53--1 Well, it is essential to select appropriate drilling fluid system for each section. According to the analysis of its formation lithology and adjoining wells' data, drilling fluid systems for four sections of this well are optimized: bentonite polymer drilling fluid is used on the surface layer of F149. 2 millimeters borehole; KCI polymer one, in up- per part of F311. 2 millimeters borehole while sulphonated polymer anti--sloughing system in the lower part; sul- phonated polymer anti--sloughing system, also in F215. 9 millimeters borehole and low--solid sulphonated polymer mud, in F149. 2 millimeters borehole.
