摘    要:针对一种转向节加工过程中废品率高的问题进行分析,按照"人、机、料、法、环"深入分析各环节,找到问题的根源,将废品率降到正常水平。

Abstract:Aiming at high scrap rate of a steering knuckle processing, the problem was analyzed. The various aspects of the problem were analyzed in accordance with the "man, machine, material, method, ring". The root of the problem is found, and the scrap rate is reduced to normal level.
