| Abstract: | Aiming at high scrap rate of a steering knuckle processing, the problem was analyzed. The various aspects of the problem were analyzed in accordance with the ＂man, machine, material, method, ring＂. The root of the problem is found, and the scrap rate is reduced to normal level. |
