| 摘 要： | 针对在使用55SiMnMo中空钢实心坯制钎过程出现的质量问题,对55SiMnMo中空钢生产工艺Consteel-LF-VD-CC进行全流程取样,分析各工位钢中TO]、N]和H]含量变化情况,找到影响55SiMnMo钢中气体控制的限制性环节,并由此得出改进措施。

| Abstract: | Aiming at quality problems in production drilling rods used by 55SiMnMo hollow drill steel solid billets in Shougang Guiyang Special Steel Co.,Ltd,We taken samples in whole process of Consteel EAF-LF-VD-CC,and analyzing T and H] steel content changed in each station,and finding gas control restriction link in influencing 55SiMnMo steel then to obtain improved measures. |
