线圈外置式磁流变液减震器的结构设计与磁场仿真

摘    要:内置线圈发热会影响磁流变液黏度,并且线圈内置会导致安装、拆卸不易。为解决以上问题,研究线圈外置式磁流变液减震器的结构设计;通过仿真分析不同的缸体材料、线圈布置方式和结构参数对间隙处磁感应强度的影响。结果表明:间隙处的磁感应强度随着电流的增加而逐渐增大,但是受材料磁饱和强度的影响,不能无限增加;线圈外置式磁流变液减震器要使用槽宽尽可能大的单线圈模型;随着间隙的不断增加,间隙处的磁感应强度不断减小。

Abstract:The built-in coil heating will affect the magnetorheological fluid viscosity,and the built-in coil will lead to the difficulty in installation and disassembly.In order to solve the above problems,the structure design of the external coil magnetorheological fluid shock absorber was studied;the influences of different cylinder materials,coil layout and structural parameters on the magnetic induction intensity at the gap were analyzed through simulation.The results show that the magnetic induction intensity at the gap increases gradually with the increase of current,but it cannot increase indefinitely due to the influence of magnetic saturation intensity;the coil external magnetorheological fluid shock absorber should use the single coil model with the widest slot;as the gap increases,the magnetic induction intensity at the gap decreases.
