锈蚀钢筋再生混凝土梁粘结性能及承载力研究

摘    要:为了研究再生混凝土梁与锈蚀钢筋的粘结性能及抗弯承载力,对12根不同直径钢筋、不同钢筋锈蚀率的再生混凝土梁进行静荷载试验。结果表明:当钢筋锈蚀率小于9.31%时,再生混凝土梁材料破坏而发生弯曲破坏模式,当钢筋锈蚀率大于9.31%时,梁发生粘结-剪切破坏模式|随着钢筋锈蚀率的增加,试验梁的屈服荷载和极限荷载逐渐降低|随着荷载的增加,钢筋与再生混凝土之间的相对滑移由近似抛物线的分布形式发展成波浪线的分布形式|正常使用荷载作用下试验梁跨中截面再生混凝土仍符合平截面的假定|钢筋锈蚀率在0~9.31%时,通过定义锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土之间的界面协同工作系数,提出了锈蚀钢筋再生混凝土梁抗弯承载力的计算方法,计算值与试验结果进行对比分析,吻合较好。

Abstract:To study the bond performance and bend strength of recycled concrete with corroded bar, static load tests for 12 recycled concrete beams are carried out. It is showed that the recycled concrete beam shifts from bending failure when the rebar corrosion rate is less 9.31% to bond-slip-shear failure when the rebar corrosion rate is more than 9.31%. The yield load and the ultimate load of experimental beams decrease with the rate increasing of rebar corrosion, and the distribution of relative slip develops from parabola form into wavy lines. The tested beam cross sections of recycled concrete under normal using load coincidence with flat section assumption. The bearing capacity calculation method of corroded reinforced recycled concrete beams under bending is provided by the introduction of collaborative coefficient between corroded reinforced bar and recycled concrete when the rebar corrosion rate is from 0 to 9.31%. The comparison between the calculated results and the test results shows a good agreement.
