摘    要:研究了以三甲胺、浓盐酸和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)为原料合成3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA)的精制工艺,分析了水蒸汽与反应液的进料比(气液比)、物料温度、真空度、蒸汽压力等对CHPTMA产品精制的影响,通过试验确定了CHPTMA的精制工艺条件为室温进料、真空度0.070~0.075 MPa、气液比1.55~1.65、蒸汽压力0.3 MPa。小试合成的CHPTMA含量为48%~52%,反应液中有机杂质DCH不大于20×10~(-6)。

Abstract:The refining process to synthesize 3 - chloro - 2 - hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride ( CHPT-MA) from trimethyl amine, HC1 and epichlorohydrin as raw materials was studied. Effects of ratio of steam to reactants , feeding temperature, vacuum pressure and vapor pressure on the reaction were examined. The optimum reaction conditions were detennined as follows: vacuum pressure 0.070 - 0.075 MPa, ratio of steam to reactants 1.55 -1.65, vapor pressure 0.3 MPa with feeding under room temperature. The content of CHPTMA was 48 % - 52 % , DCH as impurity in reaction system was no more than 20 ppm.
