摘    要:民族音乐文化是民族精神面貌的体现。如何使民族音乐文化更好的传承和发展,一直是摆在大家面前的重要问题。高师音乐教育专业是学校音乐教育的"母机"。在新世纪的改革和发展中,要根据民族音乐文化传承和发展的需要进行全方位的思考和研究。

Abstract:Ethno music culture is the embodiment of national spirit.How to make a better heritage and development of ethno music culture is an important issue before us.Music education of higher pedagogical education is a master of professional music education in school.In the reform and development under the new century,we must think and research in ethno music according to the need of heritage and development.
