| 摘 要： | 民族音乐文化是民族精神面貌的体现。如何使民族音乐文化更好的传承和发展,一直是摆在大家面前的重要问题。高师音乐教育专业是学校音乐教育的＂母机＂。在新世纪的改革和发展中,要根据民族音乐文化传承和发展的需要进行全方位的思考和研究。
