辽河低凝原油润滑油糠醛精制油蜡含量分布研究

采用自行开发的润滑油蜡含量测定方法，考察了辽河低凝原油各润滑油馏分糠醛精制油在不同温度下的蜡含量分布情况。试验结果表明：辽河低凝原油润滑油糠醛精制油蜡含量很低，脱除少许环烷蜡即可生产出合格的LVI基础油，润滑油溶剂脱蜡有一最佳油剂比，随着脱蜡温度的下降，润滑油脱蜡量增加，脱蜡油凝点明显降低。

THE STUDY ON THE DISTRIBUTIONS OF THE WAX CONTENT OF FURFURAL REFINING LUBE OILS PROCESSED WITH LIAOHE LOW- FREEZING CRUDE OIL

The distributions of the wax content at different temperatures of all lube cuts processed with Liaohe low-freezing crude oil after furfural treatment are studied by means of the determination of wax contents in lube oils developed by oneself. The test result shows that the furfural refining lube oil from Liaohe low-freezing crude oil has low wax content and can be processed into qualified LVI base oils after removing a little naphthenic wax. The optimum oil-solvent ratios are obtained in the lube oil solvent dewaxing process, in which,the dewaxing capacity increases and the freezing point of the dewaxed oil decreases apparently as the dewaxing temperature decreases.
