某高层中厅高大模板支架现场测试研究

摘    要:经过对某高层中厅高大模板支架现场实测,实时监控混凝土从浇筑到养护整个过程中,扣件式钢管模板支撑体系中立杆、横杆、剪刀撑、抱柱件应力随时间的变化情况.实测数据表明混凝土开始浇筑时,支撑体系各部件应力急剧上升;浇筑完毕,应力基本趋于稳定.但在混凝土养护阶段,某些支架应力仍然七升,因此为了保证支架安全,混凝土养护过程中,应避免在楼板上产生较大的集中荷载;另外,剪刀撑对模板支架整体稳定起了很大作用,施工中应重视剪刀撑的布设.

Abstract:According to field test study of high-formwork support system in a hall of high-rise building,the stress changes of upright stanchion,cross bar,bridging and lock braking column parts,which are in fastener-style formwork support system,are monitored by real-time from concrete pouring to maintenance. The results indicate that the stresses of every part have steep rise at the beginning of concrete pouring,and they tend to be stable after pouring.
