混凝土的冻害及其机理

摘    要:混凝土的冻害是影响混凝土结构耐久性的重要因素,为了保证一些重大工程的耐久性, 混凝土的抗冻性已经越来越引起人们的重视。从混凝土的早期冻害及机理入手,得出了硬化初期混凝土的抵抗冻害与水泥石微观结构形成有密切关系。混凝土硬化后的冻害机理目前主要有静水压学说和渗透压学说,由于不能直接测定或进行准确计算,所以还没有定论,但它们可以成功地解释混凝土冻融过程中的很多现象。最后,本文分析了混凝土抗冻性的主要影响因素及相应的抗冻措施。

Abstract:Concrete frostbiting is the important factor that influence the concrete structure endurance. To ensure the endurance of some important project, more and more importance is attached to the concrete freezing resistance. With the early frostbiting and its principle, it is concluded that freezing resistance of concrete during early setting process has much relevance to the formed microstructure of cement stone. At present there are mostly Hydrostatic Pressure Theory and Penetrative Pressure Theory with regard to concrete frostbiting principle after setting. But they are not the last word, because the pressure can not be measured directly or calculated exactly. The two theories can triumphantly explain much phenomenon about concrete in the freeze-thaw process. At last, this paper analyzes the primary influence factors on concrete freezing resistance and the mostly measures to resist freezing.
