20^#锻件冲击吸收功不合格原因分析

摘    要:对冲击功不合格的20^#锻件进行了力学性能和金相组织检验,结果表明金相组织呈带状组织。另外,又对冲击功不合格的20^#锻件重新进行了正火热处理,热处理后带状组织消除了,力学性能符合相关技术标准的要求。

Abstract:In this research, because impact absorbing energy of the 20^# forging was not up to standard, it was analyzed by mechanical and metallographical examination. The result shows that metallographical structure was banded structure. The ungualified forging was homogenization treated again. After homogenization treatment, the banded structure was eliminated . Mechanical property was accorded with the technical standard.
