摘    要:选用梅久兰链霉菌(Streptomyces mediolani)K7-2作为试验菌株,采用均匀设计方法设计实验,利用分光光度法测定乙醇含量,用SAS9.0软件进行回归体积分数分析。经五步非线性逐步回归,得到了回归方程,决定系数为97.91%。通过极值计算,得到乙醇的最优产量为体积分数0.4430‰。此时,产生乙醇的发酵条件为温度为27℃,pH为8.5,接种量为10%。

Abstract:In this paper,the Streptomyces mediolani K7- 2 was choiced for cultivated.The uniform design was used in the experiment, and the Spectrophotometry was used for measuring Ethanol content. Finally, thesoftware SAS9.0 was used for regression analysis. The R- Square of nonlinear regression is 97.91%. With calculating, the perfectethanol production was gotten, and it was 0.4430‰vol. At this time, the temperature of fermentation was 27℃, and the pH was8.5, and the inoculation was 10%.
