摘    要:文章就包钢炼铁厂8m^2竖炉投产后,提高球团矿转鼓强度所采取的技术措施及效果进行了全面总结分析。包钢炼铁厂通过提高原料质量、改进工艺、配加复合粘结剂、提高干燥及焙烧温度等措施,使得包钢竖炉球团矿的转鼓强度由投产初期的88%左右提高到91%以上。

Abstract:This paper summarizes and analyses the technical measures and effects of improving the drum strength of the pellet after the 8 m2 shaft furnace at the Iron-making Plant of Baotou Steel went into operation.By raising the quality of raw material,improving the process,blending with composite binder and heightening the temperature of baking and drying,the drum strength of shaft furnace pellet is improved from about 88% to above 91%.
