Commentary on the Adjustment Planning for the Ring Road of Xiasha Flyover Crossing in Hangzhou

Adjustment had been made on the original improper planning for the road at the entrance to Xiasha Flyover Crossing of the ring roadof Hangzhou. However, the final plan is still not satisfactory. The main reason for this is that more importance is attached to the land use thanto the traffic. The paper points out that importance should be attached to the road and traffic planning when preparing the city planning, and theplanning department should be the principal part of the planning management of the city's development zones.
