图形输入式车—铣制造单元

摘    要:图形输入式车—铣制造单元是基于先进制造技术理念,在普通数控设备和制造单元系统软件的支持下,利用信息技术、网络技术、自动化技术等组成的动态、高效、适度自动化、柔性的机械零件切削加工单元,可将以往制造过程中相互独立的工程设计、工艺准备、生产管理、切削加工等过程以及数控车削、铣削加工集成化。制造单元的计算机控制系统符合分散型控制系统DCS的特点,既可独立运行也可作为复杂产品制造系统的子系统。制造单元获得高效率的主要因素是制造信息流的高效性,特别是在制造信息源的生成与管理中运用了图形输入方式。

Abstract:The turning-milling manufacturing unit with graphical inputting method is based on the concept of advanced manufacturing technology, supported by the general NC equipments and the manufacturing unit software, combined the automation technology with the information technology and network technology, to constitute the dynamic, high efficient, moderately automated, flexible machine parts process unit by which the independent engineering design, craft preparing, production control and cutting process in the past manufacturing process as well as the independent NC turning and NC milling process can be integrated. The computer control system of the manufacturing unit has the characteristic of DCS(Distributed Control System). It can run independently and also be a subsystem of the complicated product manufacture system. By applying the graphical inputting method to creation and management of the producing information flow, the efficiency of the making information flow's transport and the whole system's making efficiency can be improved.
