摘    要:选用挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)保温板作为混凝土输水渠道防冻胀材料,研究了XPS保温板与发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)保温板压缩强度的差异。采用不同方式对XPS保温板表面进行处理,研究了表面处理方式对保温板摩擦系数及其与混凝土之间黏结强度的影响。结果表明:在相同的变形量条件下,XPS保温板的压缩强度远高于EPS保温板。在光滑XPS保温板表面成型乳化沥青碎石抗滑层后,保温板的摩擦系数及其与混凝土之间的黏结强度均明显提高。工程实践应用表明,带有抗滑层的XPS保温板能够满足机械化衬砌混凝土施工的要求。

Abstract:Extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation board was selected as anti-frost material of concrete diversion channel, and its compressive strength was investigated compared with expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulating board. Different methods were used to make surface treatment of XPS insulating boards, the friction coefficient of insulating board and the bonding" strength between insulating board and concrete were investi-gated before and after the surface treatment. The experimental results showed that the compressive strength of XPS insulating board was far higher than EPS insulating board under the same deformation. The friction coefficients of insulating board as well as the bonding strength be-tween insulating board and concrete were increased evidently by the construction of emulsified asphalt-stone layer. Engineering application indi-cates that XPS insulating board could meet the requirement of mechanized construction.
