摘    要:针对Q235钢焊缝在亚硫酸铵介质中腐蚀严重的实际,采用三电极电化学研究法和金相组织分析法研究了J420焊条焊接Q235钢的焊缝在亚硫酸铵介质中的腐蚀行为。研究结果表明Q235钢用J420焊条焊接后,焊缝的组织特点决定了其耐蚀性较差。温度升高,亚硫酸铵溶液浓度增大,均促使焊缝的腐蚀速率增大。

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of the welding seam of Q235 steel jointed by J420 electrode in ammonium sulfite solution was studied,adopting electrochemical method and metallographic analysis.The poor corrosion resistance of the welding seam was determined by its microstructure after the Q235 steel was jointed by J420 electrode.The corrosion rate of the welding seam was accelerated by increasing the temperature and concentration of the solution.
