激光焊温度场研究进展和展望

摘    要:介绍激光温度场现有的数学计算模型以及计算方法,并从激光热源模型、材料热物性参数、熔体流动以及温度场测量等方面叙述了激光焊温度场的研究进展,指出了未来应重点研究的几个方向。

Abstract:In this paper, the State of the art of the temperature field in laser welding is reviewed. The content mainly include the mathematical model and calculation methods of the temperature field. Meanwhile, the effects of the heat source model and the flow in the molten-weld pool on the temperature field are described. Finally, some suggestions and directions for the further research have been pointed out.
