飞机坐舱骨架整体锻造过程的数值模拟

摘    要:基于刚塑性有限元软件Deform-3D,对飞机坐舱骨架的整体锻造过程进行了数值模拟,并对坯料的形状及尺寸进行了优化。由模拟结果可知,通过坯料的优化降低了锻造载荷,提高了锻件的质量。研究结果表明,数值模拟结果与实际生产基本一致,并为实际零件的锻造生产提供了关键的参考数据,在很大程度上减少了试模时间和生产成本,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:Using rigid-plasticity finite element software Deform-3D,the integral hot forging process of seat cabin frame for airplane was simulated,and the shape and dimensions of the billet were optimized.The simulated results show that the forging load is reduced and the forging quality is improved via optimization of the billet.The research indicates that the simulated results obtained by numerical simulation are consistent with the practical productions,and the pivotal reference data are provided for the practical...
