钢铁常温无硒发黑工艺的研究

摘    要:针对传统的常温发黑工艺中所使用的亚硒酸或二氧化硒具有毒性大、价格昂贵的缺点,本文研究了一种常温无硒发黑工艺,探讨了发黑机理,研究了前处理、发黑液各成分及操作参数以及后处理对为黑膜质量的影响,提出了发黑液的维护措施,分析了常见发黑膜的缺陷并提出解决方法。结果表明:本发黑工艺具有无毒、高效、成本低、操作方便、黑膜耐磨、耐蚀性好等优点。

Abstract:In view of the weaknesses of conventional blackening process that high toxic and expensive selenious acid or selenium dioxide is used, a selenium free blackening process was advanced. Mechanism of the blackening process was investigated. The effect of pretreatment, components of blackening solution, operating parameters and final treatment on properties of blackened film was studied. Maintenance of the blackening solution was introduced. Causes for defective blackened film were discussed and solutions were presented. The results show that the process has strengths such as non-toxic, high effective, low cost, easy operation, good wear and corrosion resistance.
