抗高温水包油钻井液的研究与应用

摘    要:根据深井欠平衡钻井技术要求,通过水包油钻井液用主乳化剂、辅助乳化剂和乳化稳定剂的研究,有效地解决了水包油钻井液体系高温乳化能力差、易起泡和乳化剂加量偏高的问题.在此基础上形成了水包柴油和水包白油钻井液体系,该体系具有良好的流变性及抗高温能力,抑制泡沫效果好,防塌能力强,密度在0.89~0.99g/cm3之间可调,抗温能力达到180℃,水包白油钻井液荧光级别<6级.现场应用3口井,应用结果表明,研究的水包油钻井液体系具有较好的抗高温、抗地层水侵、抗CO2污染能力,钻井液性能稳定易于调节,不起泡,对录井、测井无影响,井径规则,有利于安全快速钻井和发现、保护油气层,能够满足深井近平衡、欠平衡钻井和地质要求.
