北美电力市场电力交易的标签化管理

在电力市场中，由于电力交易的合同路径与其所经过的物理路径并不相同，由此产生的电力平行流可能会引发输电阻塞，给电力系统带来严重的问题。针对该问题，北美电力可靠性委员会开发了一种基于Internet的电力交易标签化管理的信息系统，该系统通过多种方式进行阻塞管理。文中介绍了该电力交易标签化管理的基本原理，并对我国电力市场中电力交易的管理提出了建设性的意见。

ELECTRICITY TRANSACTION TAGGING MANAGEMENT IN AMERICAN ELECTRICITY MARKET

In the electricity market, parallel flows will lead to transmission congestion and bring some serious problems to the power system due to the difference between contract paths and physical paths. In accordance with these problems, North American Electricity Reliability Council developed an internet-based information system for electricity transaction tagging management, which manages the transmission congestion via several modes. This paper mostly introduces the main principle of this tagging management information system and puts forward some constructive advice to the electricity transaction management in our native electricity market.
