摘    要:在天然气MDEA脱硫工艺中,大部分的动力和能量消耗于MDEA溶液的再生过程,将热泵应用于MDEA再生系统可减少蒸汽用量和冷却贫液的冷却水量。通过对MDEA再生系统流程进行夹点分析,结果表明:热泵在供热模式下运行具有可行性,能产生一定的节能效果,是天然气净化和热泵产业的重要发展方向之一。热泵在MDEA再生热交换上的应用具有良好的发展前景,可以产生显著的经济社会效益。

Abstract:In the process of natural gas desulfurization by methyldiethanolamine(MDEA),most of dynamic and energy is consumed in the regeneration of MDEA solution.Heat pump applied to MDEA regeneration system could reduce the consumption of steam and the volume of cooling water for cooling lean amine solution.The results of pinch analysis on MDEA regeneration system show that the heat pump operation in the heating mode is feasible and it could produce certain energy-saving effect,which makes it be a promising development trend in natural gas purification and heat pumps industry.Heat pump used in heat exchanger in the MDEA regeneration system would have good prospect and could produce significant economic and social benefits.
