长江流域水资源管理决策支持系统建设

长江委是水利部在长江流域和澜沧江以西（含澜沧江）区域的派出机构，行使国家法律法规和水利部授权的流域水行政管理职能。按照科学发展观的要求，围绕全面建设小康社会的目标，践行“维护健康长江、促进人水和谐”的新时期治江思路，开展“长江流域水资源管理决策支持系统”建设，对长江委更好地履行流域水资源管理职能，有效开展水资源规划、水资源配置、取水许可、水资源论证、节约用水、水行政执法、水事纠纷调处等一系列水资源管理活动，提供了强有力的技术解决方案及科学决策支持。
