固相反应法玻璃质陶瓷涂层的制备及性能研究

摘    要:本文采用固相反应法在Q235钢表面制备陶瓷涂层,并在陶瓷骨料中添加Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2系低熔点玻璃粉以促进反应及提高性能。试验表明:同系列不同软化温度玻璃粉加入之后对涂层各种性能的提高程度不同。

Abstract:ceramic coating on Q235 steel were prepared by the solid-phase reaction,and the Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2 series of low melting point glass were added into aggregate to promote the reaction and enhance the performance.the result indicated that the glass powder of the same series and different softening temperature added can improve the performance of coatings in different degree.
