| 摘 要： | 利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)将荧光检测器与紫外检测器串联检测食品中的糖精钠含量。该方法与常规的高效液相色谱法比较,增加了荧光检测器。两个检测器相互验证,能够避免单纯用紫外检测器由于食品中成分复杂常出现定性假阳性或定量偏高的情况。试验表明,相同条件下,荧光检测器的检出限比紫外检测器的检出限低4倍。串联后荧光检测器的回收率为99.71%,紫外检测器的回收率为99.62%。
