| 摘 要： | 针对建设项目沟通存在的问题，在界定建设项目沟通范围的基础上，应用信息论思想分析了建设项目沟通的信息属性．从沟通时效性与准确性两个方面建立了建设项目沟通的概念模型，并基于信息熵建立了建设项目沟通有效性的度量模型，为实际中解决建设项目间的冲突，提高沟通有效性提供了方法指导．

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the information characteristics of communication for the construction project, established the concept model of communication for the construction project from the aspects of timeliness and quality, built measurement model of communication validity for the construction project using information entropy and provided the guideline for solving conflicts among the construction projects and improving communication validity in practice based on defining the scope of communication for the construction project and aiming at the problems of communication for the construction proiect. |
