| 摘 要： | 针对300MW机组锅炉再热器频繁爆管问题,从爆管部位的宏观检查及金相分析入手,并根据热力试验的壁温分布,分析了产生爆管的原因,提出了解决问题的近期和长远办法,以便控制再热器频繁爆管的被动局面,提高再热器系统的可靠性。

| Abstract: | For the frequent tube-bursting of boiler reheater in 300MW set,analyzes the reasons based on the macroscopical inspection,metallography analysis,and the tube-wall temperature field obtained from the thermodynamic test,provides the corresponding solution strategies,including the near future and long range ways,in order to control the passive situation which the reheater tubes burst frequently and to increase the reliability on reheater system. |
