凝汽器故障诊断研究

摘    要:对汽轮机凝汽设备故障机理进行了分析,应用“信息熵分析法”研究监测信号和故障原因之间的相关性,从而提出了一种提取特征参数的新方法。详细介绍了基于多层感知器研究汽轮机凝汽器故障诊断过程,最后经实例验证表明所设计的故障诊断系统具有良好的诊断性能。

Abstract:The fault mechanism of condensing equipment is analyzed, the features are extracted by analyzing the relevance between signal monitored and fault causes with the aid of "information entropy" ,The fault diagnosis process of condensing equipment based on multilayer perceptron (MLP) is introduced in detail, Finally the scheme is proved practicable for diagnosing a condensing equipment.
