室温固相法制备纳米γ-Fe_2O_3过程中形貌影响研究

摘    要:采用室温固相法,通过2种形式分别合成了纳米γ-Fe2O3的前驱体FeC2O4.2H2O,并对其煅烧过程中不同温度下所得到的γ-Fe2O3的形貌影响进行了研究。以FeSO4.7H2O和H2C2O4·2H2O为原料,先得到了前驱体FeC2O4.2H2O,然后分别在200℃、300℃、400℃、500℃和600℃下煅烧前驱体,经X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)测试手段的分析,结果表明:室温固相法合成纳米γ-Fe2O3操作简单、成本低、无污染。对前驱体球磨可以得到尺寸小分散性好的纳米γ-Fe2O3颗粒。

Abstract:The FeC2O4·2H2O precursors nanoparticle were prepared in two different ways by solid-state reaction.The work on Nano-sized γ-Fe2O3 appearance at different temperature were researched.The FeC2O4·2H2O precursors were prepared with FeSO4·7H2O and H2C2O4·2H2O.Then nanoparticles were achieved by thermal decomposition of FeC2O4·2H2O precursor at 200℃,300℃,400℃,500℃ and 600℃.The nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results showed that the solid-state reaction is a general,inexpensive and unpolluted approach.Grind the FeC2O4·2H2O precursors can make the γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticle well-distributed.
