摘    要:回流焊是SMT中的核心技术,而其工艺流程中的温度控制至关重要。本文重点说明了一种利用单片机和LCD图形液晶构成的测控单元,采用超前PID控制算法的温控系统。该系统可以实现温度自动控制。对温度信号进行采集、显示并可实现升、降温和闭环自动控制。具有自学习和存储记录功能等。

Abstract:Reflow soldering is a key technology Jn SMT, and the tem- perature control is important in the process. This paper mainly expounds a temperature- measure-control system, which is composed of monolithic computer and LCD screen and adopts beforehand PID arithmetic method. The computerized system can automatically regu- late temperature, collect and display the temperature signals, realize automation loop-control of the temperature rise and fail, and have self-study and memory functions.
