综采工作面监控系统的设计与应用

摘    要:主要介绍了KJ50型PROMOS监控系统的组成、特点及其功能应用,并对PROMOS监控系统的核心组成部分KJF21型控制器、KDW10型矿用直流稳压电源、KJJ10型控制接口、系统必须的KPG3型急停开关和KFDI线路终端作了相应说明,重点说明了该系统的设计原理和功能应用,结合地质报告情况,说明城郊矿综采工作面设计采用该系统的应用、节约成本及经济效益情况。

Abstract:Mainly introduced the PROMOS supervision system of the type of KJS0, and its constitute, characteristics and fnnction application. The core that combines to the part of the PROMOS supervision system to make to correspond the elucidation. Mainly including the type of KJF21 controller, the type of KDW10 mineral to use direct current steady press the power supply, the type of KJJ10 control to connect, the type of KPG3 nasty to stop the switch and the type of KFD1 circuit terminal. Explains the design principle and the function application of the system. Combining the geology report circumstance, explaining the mechanization adopts the application, the economy cost and economic performance circumstances that the coal design adopts of the synthesize to adopt coal supervision system.
