| 摘 要： | 从城中村改造的角度入手,分析了城中村对城市发展的影响及城中村形成的原因,探讨了宅基制度对城中村改造的影响,并提出对农村宅基地制度改革的几点建议,使宅基地制度与城中村的改造相互协调发展。

| Abstract: | On base of the reform of village within urban,it analyses the affection of village within urban to urban and the reasons of the formation of village within urban,discusses affection of homestead system to the reformation of village within urban,and puts forward some advices to the reformation of homestead system,to make the homestead system coincidences with the reformation of village within urban. |
