摘    要:根据车体总长、总宽、总高、最大卸载角、系统工作压力等参数,对工作机构的各铰接点定位,主要是大臂的结构以及大臂和前车架的铰接位置,铲斗的几何形体设计、连杆和油缸的尺寸确定,整车稳定性等最终确定各部尺寸和外型。

Abstract:According to such parameters as total length, width, height, maximum discharging angle, working pressure of system, the paper positions each hinged point of motion unit especially structure of upper arm and hinged position between upper arm and front chassis, determines design for geometrical shape of bucket, dimension of connecting rod and oil cylinder, stability of excavator etc., which lead to determination of each dimension and figure.
