断口定量分析在评估构件疲劳寿命中的应用

摘    要:通过断口疲劳条带反推寿命的理论基础,采用断口定量分析方法,在断口上测量裂纹长度α与裂纹扩展速率da/dN,运用Paris公式推导出裂纹扩展速率曲线方程,计算出疲劳裂纹扩展寿命。此方法已应用于涡轮盘疲劳断口和30CrNiMoA试验断口。
