汽车覆盖件冲压成形的数值模拟

摘    要:总结了冲压数值模拟过程中考虑拉伸工艺性时应注意的几个问题。通过冲压成形数值模拟与实际冲压结果的比较,证实了采用PAM_STAMP数值模拟软件对汽车后盖内覆盖件进行数值模拟的准确性,并据此进行了工艺参数的调整和优化。

Abstract:Some problems needed attention in the process of numerical simulation of stamping when considering the manufacturability of drawing. The comparison between the results of numerical simulation and actual operation showed the accuracy of the numerical simulation result, which was obtained by PAM-STAMP software, of the inner metal sheets for automobile. Adjustment and optimization of the technological parameters was conducted accordingly.
