基于CAN总线和ARM的溢流染色机控制系统研究

摘    要:通过对溢流染色机的工作原理和染色工艺的分析,利用CAN总线和ARM的优点,提出了基于CAN总线和ARM的溢流染色机控制系统。该系统以工业PC机为上位机,以ARM为主处理器控制器,实现了对染色机的自动控制。文章就系统的总体设计方案、软硬件设计进行了详细阐述。

Abstract:The overflow dyeing technology and operational principle of overflow dyeing machine is analyzed.A kind of network control system in which the technical advantages of CAN bus and ARM embedded microcontroller are utilized for controlling overflow dyeing machine is proposed.An industrial PC is as HOST computer and ARM microcontroller is as the FIELD controller of the dyeing machine in this featured network control system.The overall design,software and hardware for this dyeing machine control system are presen...
