| 摘 要： | 电火花加工中放电状态的检测对加工稳定性、加工效率具有重要的意义.以电火花放电状态分类为基础,使用Labview软件编写识别放电状态的程序,对采集到电压和电流数据进行了分析.实验证明,程序统计结果与实际结果较吻合,这为建立电火花实时控制系统提供了有效的检测手段.

| Abstract: | It is very important for the stability and efficiency of the machining to detect the status of the EDM. Based on the sort of the EDM status, the collected datum of the voltage and current are analyzed by the programs written in Labview software to distinguish the status of the EDM. It is proved that the result of the program accords with the fact in the experiment. It is an effectual means to establish an EDM real-time control system. |
