摘    要:研究了改性方法及氧化镁含量对镁改性催化裂化催化剂活性、酸性和焦炭选择性的影响。结果表明,与镁分别改性基质和分子筛制得的2种催化剂相比,后浸渍改性制得催化剂的活性、酸量均适中,焦炭选择性较好,并且随镁含量的增加,催化剂的活性及酸量均先升高后降低,焦炭选择性先变好后变差,氧化镁质量分数约为1.5%时改性催化剂的性能达到最优。

Abstract:The influence of modification method and magnesium oxide content on activity, acidity and coke factor of catalysts modified by magnesium was investigated. The results showed that the catalyst modified by post impregnation had moderate activi ty and acid content and the lowest coke factor com pared to those prepared by modifying matrix and zeolite with magnesium separately ,with the increase of magnesium content, its activity and acid content in creased first and then decreased, but the coke factor went the other way around. The optimum magnesium content was about 1.5%.
