摘    要:在非酸性介质环境中,以新型双功能催化剂2%NiCoB/SAPO-5-0.5为催化剂,加入0.02 g的表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,研究了反应温度、反应压力、反应时间、催化剂用量、精制工艺等因素对硝基苯加氢制对氨基苯酚(PAP)反应结果及产品纯度的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为110℃,氢气压力为0.4 MPa,反应时间为3 h,催化剂用量为3 g的最佳工艺条件下,硝基苯转化率为90.02%,PAP选择性、收率分别为50.34%,45.31%;采用甲苯萃取-蒸馏组合工艺对反应产物进行提纯,可获得纯度为99.42%的PAP产品。

Abstract:Effects of process conditions, such as temperature, pressure, time, catalyst level and purification method,on the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to p -aminophenol (PAP) and its product purity were investigated over a novel bifuctional catalyst 2% NiCoB/SAPO -5 -0.5 in the presence of 0.02 g surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide in a nonacid medium. The results showed that under the optimized conditions of temperature 110 ℃ , hy-drogen pressure 0.4 MPa, time 3 h, catalyst level 3 g,the conversion of nitrobenzene was 90.02% , and the selectivity and yield of PAP were 50.34% and 45.31% respectively. And the product purity could reach 99.42% by a toluene extractiondistillation combined process.
