太阳能和厂房余热综合利用节能方案研究

摘    要:针对南方某烟厂联合厂房的实际情况和环境特点,提出了利用太阳能资源和余热回收作为辅助热源对生活用水进行加热的方案。通过对厂房热水需求量和耗热量以及可用余热量进行计算,设计了两种余热利用方案,分别为地源热泵对冷却循环水余热利用和对烟气余热直接利用。通过对两种方案节能效果的比较,分析得出了两种方案的可行性,对厂房的节能设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Thought investigating the actual situation and environmental characteristics of the joint plant in south cigarette factory, the program using solar energy resources and waste heat recovery as an auxiliary heat source for domestic water heating has been proposed. Calculating the hot water needs and heat consumption and the available waste heat of the plant, two waste heat utilization schemes have been designed, that is ground source heat pump for circulating cooling water and flue gas waste heat utilization of waste heat directly. By comparing the energy-saving effect of the two programs, the results of the feasibility of the two programs have been getted, this conclusion has some significance for energy-efficient plant design.
